Kane Tanaka, the oldest Japanese person in the world, passed away at the age of 119. NHK reported that Tanaka lived in a nursing facility in Fukuoka City, but according to Fukuoka Prefecture, she died in a hospital in Fukuoka City on the 19th of this month.
