Minister of Tourism: The Number of Arrivals Will Exceed This Number

The Minister of Tourism in the caretaker government, Walid Nassar, announced that "the number of visitors to Lebanon is expected to exceed one million tourists and expatriates this summer." He affirmed that "despite all the difficult circumstances, Lebanon remains a tourist destination and a refuge for those who love life, entertainment, and relaxation."

In a conversation with the tayyar.org website, Nassar mentioned that the campaign "Welcome to This View" will be present by next Thursday at the latest in all Lebanese regions from north to south, with the number of advertising billboards exceeding 250 to showcase the beauty and splendor of Lebanon.

Nassar revealed that a meeting will be held next Friday with Minister of Works Ali Hamieh to collaboratively devise a work plan for organizing operations and procedures within the airport. After cleaning and maintaining the road to the airport in cooperation with the relevant municipalities, it is essential to leave the meeting with decisions and a work plan for everything related to operations within the airport.

Nassar concluded his remarks by addressing expatriates and tourists, saying: "We are waiting for you, and we want to tell you, when you arrive, welcome to this view."
