She adds, "Mint has beneficial properties that help improve digestion when following a specific diet." She states, "Tea with added mint helps cleanse the intestines and is a good remedy for constipation." The expert also suggests not to overlook ginger, which helps lower cholesterol levels in the blood and eliminate harmful substances from the body. She concludes, "All these methods are only effective when following a healthy diet and exercising."
