Title: U.S. State Department Reveals Goals of Biden's Visit to the Middle East

Ned Price, spokesperson for the U.S. State Department, revealed the objectives of President Joe Biden's upcoming visit to the Middle East, starting today, Wednesday. In a statement, Ned Price said, "Secretary of State Antony Blinken will accompany President Biden to Israel, the West Bank, and Saudi Arabia from July 13 to 16, to consult with Israeli, Palestinian, Gulf, and regional partners on a range of priorities, including deepening U.S. relations across the region, regional security, supporting a two-state solution, and addressing common threats, including those posed by Iran." Price added, "After meetings in Jerusalem and Bethlehem, President Biden and Secretary Blinken will continue their visit to Jeddah to attend the Gulf Cooperation Council summit, alongside Egypt, Iraq, and Jordan, to discuss integration efforts to support regional stability and prosperity, along with other common interests."
