Attempted Rape in the Act

The National News Agency reported that residents in the southern town of Tull managed to apprehend a Syrian minor named H.A.A (16 years old) while he was attempting to rape a Syrian boy named A.A. (12 years old) near a scrap yard in the area. The boy's screams during the attempted assault prompted several residents to intervene and detain the assailant, who was then handed over to a patrol from the Nabatiyeh police station and was subsequently held at the Nabatiyeh investigating unit based on the directive of the relevant judiciary.
