The Internal Security Forces arrested a dangerous individual from a car theft gang in the town of Massa in the Bekaa region.
The National News Agency reported that the General Directorate of Internal Security Forces - Public Relations Division clarified that within the framework of pursuing theft gangs, particularly car thefts in the Bekaa area, and working to arrest their members, the Bekaa Information Detachment of the Regional Gendarmerie succeeded, after intensifying intelligence efforts, in identifying the location of a dangerous individual from a car theft gang in Massa, named A. H. (born in 1997, Lebanese). The statement added that on 02/02/2021, in a swift and qualitative operation, the detachment arrested him in front of his house and seized a quantity of salvia from his possession. The statement noted that A. H. is wanted by the judiciary under three arrest warrants for forming a gang, theft, car theft, and drug-related offenses. It also indicated that the detainee was handed over to the concerned authorities for necessary action based on the instructions of the relevant judiciary.
