Last night, residents in the southern town of Tull managed to apprehend the Syrian minor M.A.M. (15 years old) while he was attempting to rape the Lebanese boy M.H.S. (9 years old), who was beaten by the assailant. The boy's screams alerted some citizens, who rushed to save him, and the Syrian minor was handed over to the security forces.
