The former president of the Iranian Parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, Hesmatollah Falahat Pisheh, described the Israeli Mossad as the "intelligence and security competitor of the Islamic Republic of Iran." The former parliament member stated on Sunday that "all security actions against Iran are carried out by Mossad, and no serious measures have been taken in this regard," according to the "Iran International" website.
The former Iranian parliament member confirmed recent statements by former Iranian Intelligence Minister Ali Younesi, describing the existence of "parallel operations and division of efforts in the intelligence field" as an "undeniable fact," which has led to disputes such as "the exclusion of candidates during elections and the opening of judicial files" against elements of the regime.
Ali Younesi, the former Iranian intelligence minister, previously stated that over the past decade, the influence of Mossad in various parts of Iran has reached a level that "all Iranian officials should be concerned about their lives." In another statement, Falahat Pisheh added that "all security actions against Iran are carried out by Mossad, and no serious measures have been taken in this regard."
