A horrific murder took place at Zahraa Beach in the resort of Baltim, Kafr El-Sheikh, northern Egypt, where a husband brutally killed his wife. After his arrest on Friday, the husband accused of killing his wife provided detailed confessions about the crime to the police, stating that he had gone with the victim and their two children to spend some time at Zahraa Beach in Baltim, according to Egyptian media reports.
He explained that an argument ensued between them, during which the victim confessed to him, saying, "The one in my belly isn’t from you; I’m pregnant by someone else." In response, he strangled her, then took a knife and disemboweled her to take revenge. After fleeing the crime scene, he contacted a broker regarding his children being at the crime scene and then turned himself in to the police.
The Kafr El-Sheikh security directorate received a report of a murder incident at Zahraa Beach inside a residential apartment. The examination revealed that the body had a long wound across the abdomen and signs of strangulation. A report was filed regarding the incident, and the body was deposited under the authority of the Egyptian prosecution.
