The Syrian Social Nationalist Party has called on security and judicial authorities to pursue and punish those who implicated the party in the events in Tripoli.
The National News Agency reported that the Beirut Coordinator of the Syrian Social Nationalist Party, Batros Saeed, urged in a statement the security and judicial agencies to pursue the perpetrators of rumors and spreaders of false news, and to impose strict penalties against them. Saeed's statement clarified that some pages deliberately implicated the Syrian Social Nationalist Party in the incidents that occurred on Lebanon Street in Hamra, characterizing this behavior as suspicious and asserting that those behind it are entities pushing toward tension and confusion. He added that it is no coincidence that the party's name was mentioned on the same day in the events in Tripoli and the incident in Beirut. Batros Saeed called for the relevant authorities to pursue these individuals, uncover the entities they serve, and take necessary measures to safeguard the security of Beirut and the entire country.
