The young Syrian artist Hazem Sherif revealed his infection with the coronavirus through his private social media page.
The Arab Idol star shared on his Instagram account via the story feature, saying: "I announce my infection with the coronavirus." Hazem Sherif reassured his fans about his health, indicating that he has passed the difficult stage, urging them to exercise caution and care, expressing this by saying: "Thank God I am in good health, and I have passed the critical stage. I hope all my loved ones take the necessary precautions to stay away from the coronavirus, with all my love." His fans and colleagues in the artistic community wished him health, safety, and a speedy recovery, including prominent figures like artist Genie Esber and media personality Tammam Ajami. Hazem Sherif had previously mentioned in an interview months ago that he was fully committed to preventive measures against the coronavirus, confirming that he was not afraid because he is very careful about personal hygiene and avoiding contact with others.
