Additionally, Terra managed to achieve explosive gains during the last week's trading with an increase of over 80%. According to CoinMarketCap, the combined market capitalization of cryptocurrencies has risen to $1.9 trillion. Bitcoin recorded a 14% increase in the past hours, with weekly gains of 17.8%, trading today at $43,201. Its total market capitalization rose to approximately $819.9 billion.
Ether also saw gains in the past hours of 11.25%, with a weekly increase of 15.6%, reaching a price of $2,915 in today's trades. Its combined market capitalization increased to about $349 billion.
Meanwhile, Tether and USD settled at a level of $1, maintaining their combined market capitalizations at $79.6 billion and $53.5 billion, respectively. Binance Coin (BNB) achieved gains of 8.12% over the past hours with weekly gains of 11%, trading today at $393.5. Its combined market capitalization rose to about $65 billion.
XRP also noted gains during the past hours of 7.4% with a weekly rise of 14%, trading today at $0.774. Its total market capitalization increased to around $37 billion. Terra, however, achieved explosive gains, soaring by 24.4% in the past hours, with weekly gains of 80.6%, trading today at $88.59. Its combined market capitalization jumped to approximately $33.3 billion.
