Before his team's match against Real Madrid in the Champions League final, a rematch of the 2018 final where Real won 3-1, Salah referred to the match as "a time for revenge." He said, "Yes, we lost in the final, and that was a sad day for all of us, but yes, I think this is a time for revenge."
