The footage showed several passengers trying to restrain the screaming passenger while one of the flight attendants closely monitored the situation. The man was heard repeatedly shouting in a hysterical state, "You need to stop this flight." Ultimately, the man was subdued, with his hands and feet tied with ropes and moved away from the cockpit, while signs of anxiety and fear were evident on the faces of the other passengers.
The Delta Airlines flight landed at 2 PM local time at Albuquerque Airport, the largest city in New Mexico, where police arrested the man upon landing.
