Financial and economic expert Dr. Anis Abu Diab noted that "approving the general budget helps in regularizing institutional work regarding public finances and improves revenues, and this is one of the conditions for approaching the International Monetary Fund, regardless of whether the budget is ideal or not. A solution can be found for the decrees that increase spending even though it is not the required budget, but its approval is the only path to the IMF." He revealed in a conversation with "Al-Anba" electronic that there are risks in approving it in the presence of lurking blocs ready to take this position for purposes that are no longer hidden from anyone.
