Violent Clashes During Israeli Forces' Incursion into Jenin and Arrests in the West Bank

Palestinian media reported that Israeli forces stormed Jenin early Monday morning, leading to confrontations accompanied by armed clashes, with no injuries reported. The Israeli army stated that Palestinians fired shots during the incursion into the village of Arraba southwest of Jenin. Violent clashes also erupted in Kafr Aqab, east of Jerusalem, resulting in serious injuries to a Palestinian, and 7 Palestinians were arrested in Deir Abu Mash'al, northwest of Ramallah.

The "Palestine Today" channel published videos documenting confrontations in the Al-Salam Street area after the occupation's incursion into Hebron, as well as fighters firing at occupation forces during the incursion into Qabatiya town south of Jenin and near the Arraba town station southwest of Jenin. Another video showed "intense clashes during the withdrawal of occupation forces from the Kafr Aqab neighborhood north of occupied Jerusalem." Sources reported that the Israeli army shot the young man, Muhammad Ibrahim Shahham from the Qalandia camp, directly in the head as he opened his front door early Monday, and he was arrested, with his fate unknown.
