Surprise.. "WhatsApp" Announces New Feature

The messaging application "WhatsApp" is working on an awaited feature that allows its users to transfer chat histories from an "Android" phone to an "iPhone." This feature was first revealed in the latest beta version of "WhatsApp," numbered (22.2.74) for "iPhone" devices, and the beta version (2.21.20.11) for "Android" phones. Both updates point to a feature that may enable the transfer of "WhatsApp" conversations from "Android" to "iPhone" using the "Move to iOS" application. The website "WABetaInfo" also shared several screenshots showing what the feature might look like. "WhatsApp" will request permission before starting the chat history transfer process, and it will then ask the user to keep the application and their phone open during the migration of their conversations.
