Mufeed Fawzy Attacks Amr Diab: Just Muscles with No Voice

Egyptian journalist Mufeed Fawzy criticized fellow Egyptian artist Amr Diab, targeting his voice and accusing him of not participating in any national events related to his country. Fawzy stated yesterday, during an interview on the program "Kalam Al-Nas," broadcast on MBC Masr, that Amr Diab "may show up with a beautiful girl, and his presence is just social, but he has no voice. I can't hear him, and he hasn't participated in any national event concerning the country," according to Sputnik news agency.

Fawzy continued his critique of Amr Diab, saying, "He has muscles and is charming; his presence is social, but he is just muscles. He has previously released patriotic songs, but they did not resonate. He is not like singer Ali El Haggar, who is considered a value," in his opinion.

Fawzy sarcastically mentioned to the show's host that "artist Mohamed Munir sang 'Farhat Al-Said,' but do you think Amr Diab is even interested in what is happening in Upper Egypt? Forget it."

It is worth noting that Mufeed Fawzy was a close friend of the late Egyptian artist Abdel Halim Hafez and published a book about him titled "My Friend Promised with Suffering," which recounts special moments they shared. Recently, Amr Diab sparked controversy after being accused of harassment in one of his latest advertisements for a car company in Egypt, which led the company to announce the removal of the advertisement.
