Horrific Crime in Egypt: Mother Kills Her Three Children in a Plan with Her Lover

Investigations by Egyptian authorities have revealed the details of a poisoning incident involving a family of four in Qena, consisting of a father and his three children, after they drank mango juice. The inquiries indicated that "the mother administered a concentrated dose of poison to her husband and children, resulting in the immediate deaths of the children, while the husband narrowly survived after sustaining severe injuries that required his transfer to Qena Central Hospital, where he received first aid at the poison center until his health stabilized." It was noted that "the mother and her lover had planned the crime three days before carrying it out in the village of Al-Biga in Farshout."

In detail, the investigations revealed that "the woman who killed her children had been engaging in an illicit relationship with her lover for several months, meeting him once a week. As their relationship intensified over six consecutive months, the couple devised a plan to eliminate all family members through poisoning, aiming to portray the situation as an accident caused by expired juice." The investigation pointed out that "this plan did not proceed as the lovers had envisioned due to the numerous conflicting statements from the wife, who claimed that the children had consumed expired juice from an unfamiliar grocery store since they were the ones who bought it. However, investigations refuted this narrative after reviewing all nearby grocery stores."

The investigations further revealed that "the mother received four boxes of mango juice from her lover, who had infused them with concentrated poison. She accepted the juice and showed no hesitation in poisoning her children," clarifying that "she served them the juice and let them scream for help until the children died, while neighbors responded to the father's cries and transported him to the hospital for treatment."
