Natural Calmative and Antispasmodic

Russian nutrition expert Dr. Ulisa Vrolova announced that ginger has calming and antispasmodic properties. She notes that ginger, in addition to its calming and antispasmodic effects, boosts the body's resistance to diseases. She states: "Ginger is an excellent antispasmodic. If a person suffers from indigestion, they should drink a cup of ginger tea, and they will feel immediate improvement for a long time." According to her, ginger has a calming effect not only in the digestive system. "Ginger has a soothing effect on the throat, which can result from long communication, public speaking, or loudly cheering for a favorite sports team in the stadium. It also alleviates tension headaches and helps remove excess lactic acid from muscles that has accumulated due to stress." The expert recommends using ginger to treat cold illnesses, "as it enhances the immune system and eliminates viruses, bacteria, and parasites, repairs DNA, and increases the production of vitamin B12 in the body."
