He pointed out that Salah has yet to receive the recognition he deserves in the football world, expressing, "He was undoubtedly a valuable signing for Liverpool, but he has not yet received his due; he rarely gives interviews, and perhaps his playing for the Egyptian national team in international matches makes him less followed by European and global audiences."
