The brother of Egyptian actress Yasmin Abdel Aziz revealed her latest health developments on Sunday, confirming that her condition is "stable." In television statements made via phone on "MBC Masr," Wael Abdel Aziz noted that "doctors have confirmed that his sister will leave the hospital for her home within a week or 10 days." He emphasized that "Yasmin's condition is better, but she is still unwell and needs the prayers of her fans," explaining that his sister "underwent two surgeries, and the situation is somewhat painful, and visits are not allowed, but he visits her regularly and takes turns staying with her," repeatedly denying rumors about her being in a coma. He also pointed out that he cannot comment on whether what happened was a medical error or not, adding: "I can't say, and what matters to me is that she gets out of the hospital." He stated that his sister "Yasmin is strong and capable of overcoming her health crisis and returning safely to her life, work, and fans."
Wael Abdel Aziz expressed gratitude through a post on his official Facebook account on Friday, saying: "I want to thank all the large audience from Egypt and the Arab world for their interest and love for Yasmin, and for their prayers during these critical days, and I want to thank all the stars and prominent figures in the state of Egypt and the Arab world who called or visited." He continued: "There is a great love for my daughter and sister Yasmin, thank God her condition is stable, and hopefully, she will be discharged soon."
