The Egyptian artist Khaled El Sawy revealed an intriguing secret about his personal life, stating that he once fell into the trap of addiction and contemplated suicide. During his appearance yesterday on the "Al Hayat" channel, El Sawy mentioned that art saved him from madness, suicide, addiction, and all kinds of nonsense, while refusing to disclose what substances he was addicted to.
He added that he would not boast about sin nor publicly declare any crimes, emphasizing that he now focuses on healthy eating, practices sports, and enjoys happiness in his marital life. He advised anyone who does the opposite to reconsider their choices, stating: "If you want to try, don’t try the bad stuff. Some things, if a person tries them, they will suffer and lose. It is better to watch those who fell before you to learn the lesson."
It is worth noting that Khaled El Sawy participated last Ramadan in the series "Elly Malosh Kbeer," alongside stars Yasmin Abdel Aziz, Ahmed El Awady, Mahmoud Hafiz, Donia Abdel Aziz, Ahmed Abdullah Mahmoud, Badriya Tolba, Aida Riyad, among others. The series was written by Amr Mahmoud Yassin and directed by Mostafa Fekry.
