Syrian YouTuber known as "Am Saif" responded to news circulating about her experiencing domestic violence following her withdrawal from her YouTube channel.
In a television interview, "Am Saif" unveiled the reason behind her retirement, stating that the decision was influenced by the psychological pressure she faces. She added, "There are personal matters that I do not wish to discuss at this time, and I am tired, and I don't know if I will think about returning or not."
"Am Saif" emphasized that one of the drawbacks of being a YouTuber is the lack of privacy, expressing, "I lived two very wonderful years on YouTube, and I was able to win the hearts of many people, their love, and trust. One of the greatest disadvantages of the YouTuber profession is the absence of any privacy for the person practicing this profession.”
The YouTuber had sparked controversy after appearing in her last video to her followers, confirming her departure from YouTube. In the video, "Am Saif" appeared to be scared of something, conveying a message to her followers, stating, "We spent many beautiful days on YouTube together, and the best two years of my life were the years I spent with you. Now it is time for me to leave YouTube, and I will no longer post any videos."
It is noted that YouTuber "Am Saif" resides in Turkey and has over 5 million followers on her official YouTube channel.
