Kaarol Samaha: "Everyone is Responsible for Themselves"

Kaarol Samaha:

The Lebanese artist Kaarol Samaha expressed her deep concern over the rising number of COVID-19 cases.

Kaarol tweeted through her account on the social media platform "Twitter," stating: "It’s been almost a year now; every day we wake up to a shock, to sad news, to an obituary, to a picture of a patient struggling, of a young man or woman who suddenly lost their lives. I feel like we’re walking in a minefield, and we don’t know at any moment when a mine might explode on us. Friends, protect yourselves! It’s a biological war imposed upon us... Everyone is responsible for themselves."

In the past few days, Kaarol released her new album "Christmas Kaarol" in full on YouTube, which she dedicated to celebrating the nights of Christmas and the New Year, describing it as not a traditional album and noting that each song has a story that touches our daily lives.

She previously announced through a tweet on her official social media account that the album includes a romantic song, saying, "Who said we don’t celebrate love and lovers at Christmas? The song 'Every Holiday, You Are Fine, My Love' is a romantic song from the festive atmosphere you will hear tonight." The song is written by Kaarol Samaha and composed by Hugh Martin.

The album consists of 9 songs: "From Year to Year," "Winter Days," "Let's Celebrate, Let's Joke," "Santa," "Come Back, Oh Time," "Every Holiday, You Are My Love," "At the End of the Street," "Jesus Is Coming," and "King of Peace."
