Egyptian international star Mohamed Salah, forward for Liverpool FC, continues to achieve more accolades and break records in the English Premier League.
On Monday, Salah received the award for the best goal with the "Reds" for December, marking the fourth consecutive time that the "Pharaoh" has won this award. Liverpool's official account on Twitter announced Salah's victory for the best goal in December for his goal against Crystal Palace during the match held on the 19th of last month, in the 14th round of the Premier League, stating, "Who else deserves it! ?❤️ The King's goal @MoSalah against Crystal Palace wins the award for the best goal in December for the fourth consecutive time ??."
The match ended with a historic 7-0 victory for the Reds. Although Salah entered the pitch in the 57th minute as a substitute for his teammate Sadio Mané, he scored two of the team's seven goals in the 81st and 84th minutes and assisted another for his Brazilian teammate Roberto Firmino in the 68th minute.
It's worth mentioning that the goal awarded as the best was Salah's second personal goal in the match and the seventh for his team, as he curled the ball with his left foot from outside the penalty area, placing it expertly to the right of the Crystal Palace goalkeeper.
