Jordanian artist Nidaa Sharara stated that she comes to Lebanon from time to time to finish recording songs for her new album, and she is releasing her songs as "singles", as she believes this is the best approach given the current circumstances.

During her appearance on the show "Lahoun w Bass" with journalist Hicham Haddad, Sharara expressed her sadness over what has happened to Lebanon in recent times, as it is a country that brings joy and happiness and offers a sense of change that pulls people out of the routine of life.

Sharara mentioned that she learned of her COVID-19 infection after she had fully recovered, saying, "I took a COVID test two weeks before I started feeling symptoms, but the result was negative. After five days, I experienced a high fever and intense pain all over my body. My mother diagnosed my symptoms as I was suffering from the fatal virus and treated me based on her experience, as she had suffered from the virus previously."

Sharara joined the TikTok app after the app's team reached out to her, facilitating the process of recording and publishing her short videos. She confirmed that she did not hesitate, especially since major stars had also joined the platform.

The artist participated in a European Union campaign to combat violence against women, commenting, "They chose me because I am influential in my country, both for youth and women. I wrote and composed a song for this occasion titled 'Ma Tkhafee'."

Sharara concluded her talk by stating that she is against child marriages, noting that she wishes to become a mother but has postponed the idea of marriage for two or three years, although she could change her mind if the right person comes along.

It is worth mentioning that Nidaa Sharara recently released her new song "Qalhali," which was composed and arranged by Jean Marie Riachi, with lyrics by Ahmed Hassan Raul. According to Sharara, the song features an atmosphere of joy, love, and happiness, as she believes this is what the audience needs now more than ever to provide them with positive energy, which was reflected in the music video filled with love and joy.
