French star Kylian Mbappé, a player for Paris Saint-Germain, admitted that he has not been feeling comfortable lately, following the exit from the Champions League and recent negative results. The French international players met on Monday in a camp for the upcoming matches in preparation for the 2022 World Cup, with eyes turning towards Mbappé, the star of the French national team, who has been linked with a transfer to Real Madrid next summer.
The French Football Federation released a video of the players greeting each other, which showed a brief conversation between Mbappé and Paul Pogba, during which the Manchester United player asked him, "How is everything?" Kylian, laughing, replied, "I'm a bit tired."
Despite the informal and calm tone in which Mbappé spoke, French media linked it to the difficult situation at Paris Saint-Germain after their exit against Real Madrid in the Round of 16 of the Champions League, as well as his potential move to the Spanish capital team next summer. The World Cup champion will play a friendly match on Friday in Marseille against Ireland, followed by another friendly match against South Africa on Tuesday in Lille.
