Dina revealed the reason behind posting a series of photos in a hijab, explaining that the images were taken behind the scenes of a new series in which she plays the role of Sayyida Zainab, which she recently started filming. The series "Sayyida Zainab" stars Susan Badr and Mahmoud Abdel-Mghni, who plays one of the sons of an established family in the Sayyida Zainab neighborhood. He has a strong connection to the place and takes on a different and new role, which encouraged him to accept the part, according to Akhbar Elyom.
The cast also includes Ahmed Wafiq, Dina, Leila Azar, and Hossam Dagher, who plays a character with special needs. The work is written by Ahmed Sobhi, who has previously collaborated with director Mohamed Al-Nakli on several projects, including the series "Al-Bayt Al-Kabir" and "Sakan Al-Banat."
The series discusses various topics concerning the Egyptian family at different social levels, cultures, and age groups through the gatherings that occur in the area due to its religious and spiritual nature, where different social levels coexist, as some choose to remain there despite having the financial means to move out.
