The Attorney General of the Jordanian State Security Court approved the "indictment decision" issued by the Public Prosecutor in the case of dismissed MP Osama Al-Ajarmeh and several other defendants. They are accused of charges including inciting armed rebellion and threatening the life of the king.

The charges against the accused, led by Osama Al-Ajarmeh, include "committing acts aimed at inciting armed rebellion against the authorities established by the constitution in violation of articles 3/H and 7/E of the Anti-Terrorism Law No. 55 of 2006 and its amendments."

The indictment list also includes the threat to the life of the king, in violation of articles 3/Z and 7/D of the Anti-Terrorism Law No. 55 of 2006 and its amendments. Additionally, the list includes charges of manufacturing incendiary materials intended for use in carrying out terrorist acts in collaboration, in violation of articles 3/W and 7/C of the Anti-Terrorism Law No. 55 of 2006 and its amendments, as well as conspiracy to commit terrorist acts in violation of articles 2 and 7/Z and 7/T of the Anti-Terrorism Law No. 55 of 2006 and its amendments, along with other related legal charges.

Necessary legal actions have been taken to notify the defendants of the indictment, which will subsequently be referred to the State Security Court with jurisdiction to consider it and commence trial proceedings.
