**Business Bay**
According to the report reviewed by "Emarat Al Youm," Business Bay emerged as the most sought-after location for offices and retail shops. It is considered an ideal destination for investors looking for commercial spaces, as it hosts a collection of luxurious commercial buildings. The average price for purchasing an office in Business Bay is 900 AED per square foot, while the average price for a retail shop is 1539 AED per square foot.
**Jumeirah Lakes Towers**
Jumeirah Lakes Towers ranked second, with an average buying price of 767 AED per square foot for an office and 1369 AED per square foot for a retail shop. It is one of the best areas for buying commercial real estate in Dubai, featuring larger retail shops and offices for sale. The residential and commercial towers in the area are equipped with excellent facilities and amenities, as well as good connectivity to public transportation.
**International City**
International City came in third for the most searches related to offices and retail shops, particularly in the retail sector. The average price for purchasing a retail shop in this area is approximately 585 AED per square foot. International City is experiencing significant interest from investors and consists of various buildings distributed across 10 different districts including Emirati, Persian, Greek, Spanish, Moroccan, French, Italian, Russian, Chinese, and British.
**Jebel Ali**
Jebel Ali ranked fourth in the most searched areas. It is regarded as one of the best locations for purchasing commercial properties in Dubai, housing the Jebel Ali Free Zone and the Jebel Ali Port, the most advanced port in the region. This area is a key option for investors looking to purchase warehouses in Dubai, with warehouses available at an average price of 165 AED per square foot, while the average selling price for offices is 617 AED per square foot.
**Downtown Dubai**
Downtown Dubai came in fifth on the list, with the average selling price for an office at about 2908 AED per square foot and an average selling price for a retail shop at 2119 AED per square foot.
Other areas that made it to the most sought-after list for purchasing commercial properties include Dubai Marina, where the average selling price for an office is around 1624 AED per square foot and for a retail shop is 1569 AED per square foot. In Meydan City, the average selling price for a retail shop is approximately 2174 AED per square foot, while in Dubai Silicon Oasis, the average selling price for an office is 404 AED per square foot.
Dubai Investment Park offers a variety of options, with an average price of 393 AED per square foot for offices, 1208 AED per square foot for retail shops, and 246 AED per square foot for warehouses.
