Chinese company Huawei has launched its new HUAWEI P50 Pro, featuring a distinctive and sleek foldable design. This announcement was made during a regional launch event held in Riyadh. Pablo Ning, President of Huawei Consumer Business Group for the Middle East and Africa, expressed excitement about introducing the new HUAWEI P50 Pro and HUAWEI P50 Pocket to users in the region, emphasizing their commitment to achieving the best quality, aesthetics, and photography experiences.
**Specifications of HUAWEI P50 Pro**
The new handset boasts a stunning design with a smooth folding capability into a slim shape that can easily fit in a pocket. The dual-matrix camera system in the HUAWEI P50 Pro captures hyper-realistic images with exceptional clarity, and the HUAWEI XD Optics feature enables consumers to take stunning photos and reproduce intricate details. Additionally, the phone is equipped with XD Fusion Pro, an enhanced solution that includes a new Super Color Filter system, True-Chroma Image engine, and Super HDR technology, significantly improving detail, color, and dynamic range. It also supports an unprecedented 200x zoom capability, allowing users to capture anything regardless of distance.
The True-Chroma image engine offers the highest possible color accuracy, producing images that reflect what the human eye sees. The ambient light sensor incorporates a 10-channel multispectral sensor, paired with color calibration for over 2000 colors across the wide P3 color gamut, enhancing its ability to detect ambient light with an average color gradient accuracy increase of 50% and 20%, respectively.

The HUAWEI P50 Pro has a 6.6-inch True-Chroma curved glass 3D display with a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz and an unobtrusive camera in the middle of the screen, ensuring an immersive viewing experience. It is resistant to dust and water, and both phones are equipped with dual stereo speakers.

The HUAWEI P50 Pro achieves an ideal balance between battery life and charging speed. The device includes a 4360 mAh battery within its slim profile of only 8.5 mm thick and supports Huawei's 66W super-fast charging and 50W HUAWEI SuperCharge wireless charging.
Using the HUAWEI P50 Pro, users can also transfer MeeTime calls to the HUAWEI Vision smart TV, allowing them to make calls using the larger screen, camera, and speakers.
