Syrian actress Dana Jabr shared a spontaneous photo with her followers on social media to celebrate Valentine's Day.
In the picture posted on her private Instagram account, Dana Jabr can be seen wearing black sportswear while in a park, holding the hand of an unidentified "person" whose face and details she did not reveal, alongside the caption: "Happy Valentine's Day." The Syrian artist decided to disable comments on the photo, seemingly to avoid any criticism or backlash.
The picture was circulated on social media, with some considering that she took advantage of Valentine's Day to announce a new romantic relationship in her life. Recently, Dana surprised her fans with an appearance in a pregnancy outfit, leading her audience to speculate that the photo was related to her character in the second season of the series "First Year of Marriage," as she is currently filming her role in the project, according to media sources.
The image gained significant attention on social media, leading to some criticism. One comment read: "What's going on? The signs of the leaked video are starting to show," while another stated: "She has a face to take pictures with too." This comes as Dana Jabr previously stirred controversy regarding her case when photos of her surfaced, only to later claim that her phone had been hacked, resulting in the theft of its contents.
Several followers expressed their astonishment, with comments including, "Is she really pregnant or is it drama?" "I thought she was really pregnant," "How many wrappings are they putting on that belly?" "Who’s the father, Dondon?" and "Pregnancy seemed to show in her cheeks."
Dana Jabr has begun filming scenes for the second season of "First Year of Marriage" alongside her fellow artist Yazan Al-Sayed. The series is written by Naim Al-Homsi, directed by Yaman Ibrahim, and produced by Landmark Productions, and it will be titled "Second Year of Marriage." Additionally, she has completed filming a horror anthology directed by Jamal Al-Zaher and produced by Judy Matar's company.
It is worth mentioning that Dana Jabr's most recent work was the series "Girls' Moves," directed by Muhammad Suleiman Maarouf and produced by Shuqra TV production company, where she played the character "Ward." It aired during the last Ramadan season, and she also made a guest appearance in the first episodes of the crime series "Interview with Mr. Adam," directed and written by Fadi Salim in collaboration with Shadi Kiwan, and produced by Phoenix Arts.
