The star Samir Ghanem revealed his will for his daughters' husbands, media personality Rami Radwan and artist Hassan El Radad, in his last television interview.
Samir Ghanem said: "I was not a difficult father-in-law at all; they are well-mannered boys. Of course, before we agreed to them, we asked a lot and spent time together. I made Dalal Abdulaziz manage the two marriages because she has greater wisdom and experience." He added: "We didn't take long to respond to Rami Radwan, but we took time to respond to Hassan El Radad because Iman was hesitant. She would come and go, and then hear rumors about their marriage before it became a reality."
Samir Ghanem continued: "I told Hassan El Radad, 'I won’t need to advise you on Iman,' and he replied, 'She is dear to me.' I said, 'That's my will.' I didn't have time to advise Rami Radwan, but I hinted that he should take care of her."
Ghanem presented many films, reaching 160 films, 50 theatrical works, and 80 television and radio productions. He was also known for his Ramadan TV shows, which he presented nearly 10 times, famously including the "Fatouta" shows.
It is noted that the comedian Samir Ghanem graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture at Alexandria University, where he met George Sidhom and El Dhiab Ahmed, and together they formed the famous trio "Th ثلاثي أضواء المسرح."
