Egyptian artist Tamer Hosny shared a video on his official Instagram account showing him meeting a fan named Birhan, who suffered a car accident that caused her to lose her memory. She could not remember her family but had not forgotten Tamer Hosny.
The girl confirmed that she became paralyzed but was determined to try and take support from Tamer's songs, which significantly improved her health condition. Tamer commented, "Birhan, I'm proud of you and happier than anything. Your words are a great honor for me and a big joy for my heart to be a support, after God, for your recovery. This is a very big thing for me; I’m happy to see you and hear your story even more than you are happy to meet me, and much more, I swear. May God let me see you fully healed very soon, with the prayers of everyone who saw your story."
He continued, "Despite the difficulty and the painful accident that you experienced, which resulted in the death of your mother, may God have mercy on her, and temporary memory loss and paralysis that was hopeless in recovery, and all the difficulties you went through in your treatment journey, I thank you for your tremendous will to return to your normal life. You are a great lesson for everyone who has lost hope in anything. I thank your relatives and siblings who arranged this meeting for you, as they are indeed a great support and protection. May God keep you safe, heal you, and heal every patient."
It is worth noting that the global American organization JLC, which sponsors the World Day for Neglected Tropical Diseases, chose the Egyptian pyramids and star Tamer Hosny as a symbol of the Middle East for the largest humanitarian campaign in the world among 62 landmarks from around the globe. American stars Scarlett Johansson, Sharon Stone, Avril Lavigne, and Justin Thomas were also chosen as artistic symbols alongside landmarks from their countries.
