Assala Nasri Reveals Her Daughter Sham Al-Dahabi's Wedding Date is Approaching

Syrian artist Assala Nasri guest-starred on the program "Sahranin" hosted by Egyptian artist Amir Karara.

Assala Nasri revealed that her daughter Sham Al-Dahabi is soon to be married, explaining that she is currently in a love story, stating: "No, she is not married yet, we will marry her soon," without providing further details. The Syrian artist added that she prefers not to advise her daughter before the wedding, commenting: "I don’t want to advise her, the young man she loves, I also like him a lot... and God willing, I hope he will be what I am expecting, and she and everyone around us believes he is worth it."

She continued: "I often bet and end up with nothing, but this time I feel I have experience... I bet that, God willing, he will make her happy," noting that Sham is the closest to her in personality and resembles her a lot.

She added: "Sham is similar to me in confidence, determination, energy, and many things... and in some opposite things, we complete each other... she differs from me in some essential things that I admire, and I am very happy with her differences from me without details."

Talking about her children, she said: "I raise my children with affection and love... I am proud of my daughter Sham... Lodi suddenly, no one believes this sudden awareness he has, we used to be surprised by the things he does, and when he justifies them with words, we find he has a better perspective than mine."

In another context, Assala mentioned that she does not like to stay out late and always spends the night with her children at home. She recently decided that she will no longer please anyone regarding staying out, saying: "Because going out has many details, so the person must be dear to me, and there should not be envious people during the gathering."

Regarding her home hobbies, she said: "I love the kitchen very much and love to cook, but I don't have the energy to roll grape leaves, so my mother is the one who does that task. I love cooking to a rhythm, and one of the strangest things I did in the kitchen was peeling Syrian grapes. I also love organizing things and decorations."
