The goals for Real Madrid were scored by Vinícius Júnior, Karim Benzema, and Fede Valverde in the 25th, 72nd, and 98th minutes, while Barcelona's goals came from Luuk de Jong and Ansu Fati in the 83rd minute. With this victory, Real Madrid advances to the final where they will face the winner between Atlético Madrid and Athletic Bilbao.

The match began with pressure from Real Madrid, as Marco Asensio passed the ball to Karim Benzema on the left flank, who shot powerfully over the crossbar in the 3rd minute. Marco Asensio then attempted a long-range shot that went over the Barcelona goal in the 8th minute. Vinícius Júnior made a run into the box after receiving a through ball from Luka Modrić, but his low shot was saved by Barcelona's goalkeeper Ter Stegen in the 11th minute. Dani Alves sent a shot that hit the Real Madrid defense and turned into a corner kick in the 16th minute.

Vinícius made another run down the left with an individual effort and sent a through ball to Asensio inside the box, who shot over Ter Stegen’s goal in the 19th minute. Vinícius Júnior successfully scored the opening goal for Real Madrid in the 25th minute, starting with Benzema intercepting the ball from Busquets and passing to Vinícius, who then shot with his left foot to the right of goalkeeper Ter Stegen.

Luuk de Jong tried to equalize for Barcelona by heading a cross from Dembélé, but the save was made by goalkeeper Courtois in the 30th minute. Ousmane Dembélé attempted a long-range shot that went over Courtois’s goal in the 33rd minute. Asensio took a shot from outside the box, which Ter Stegen saved twice in the 39th minute. Luuk de Jong finally managed to score Barcelona's equalizer in the 42nd minute when Dembélé's cross was attempted to be cleared by Militao but inadvertently hit De Jong and went into the net. The first half ended with a 1-1 draw.

At the beginning of the second half, Dembélé shot over the target in the 46th minute. Pedri took a strong shot from the edge of the box that went past the right post in the 49th minute. Dembélé nearly scored the lead for Barcelona with a left-footed shot inside the box that just missed Courtois's left post in the 54th minute. The left post denied Karim Benzema from scoring Real Madrid's second goal in the 69th minute. However, Karim Benzema found the net in the 72nd minute, shooting inside the box after a save from Ter Stegen fell to him following a cross attempt by Carvajal.

Barcelona did not give up, and substitute Ansu Fati scored their equalizer in the 83rd minute with a header from a cross by Jordi Alba. The match ended in a tie at the end of regular time, leading to extra time. In the first half of extra time, Fede Valverde scored the third goal for Real Madrid after Rodrygo sprinted down the right and sent a low cross to him, which Valverde placed into the right side of Ter Stegen's goal. Despite Barcelona's attempts to equalize, they were unsuccessful, allowing Real Madrid to secure their spot in the final, which will take place next Sunday.
