A dispute over right of way on the Deddé road between some local youths and a young Syrian man on a motorcycle escalated to gunfire, resulting in the injury of the latter. He was transported to the government hospital in Qoubbeh for treatment, but soon after, he passed away. Security forces have spread throughout the area and are working to ascertain the circumstances of the incident and contain the situation.
