MTV reported that "the issue of increasing the exchange rate for bank withdrawals from 8000 Lebanese pounds per dollar is now in its final stages, meaning that a modification of Circular 151 is being prepared, with a new circular to be issued by the Central Bank of Lebanon in the coming days to specify the new withdrawal rate and mechanism."
