The Minister of Public Health in the caretaker government, Dr. Firas Abyad, has issued a decision exempting all arrivals through border crossings (land, sea, and air) from undergoing PCR tests and Ag Rapid Tests before entering Lebanon, regardless of their vaccination status. All previous memos and decisions conflicting with this decision are nullified.
