The exchange rate of the dollar in the black market recorded a noticeable increase this morning, Tuesday, ranging between 53,400 and 53,700 Lebanese pounds for one dollar, after closing last night, Monday, between 52,400 and 52,700 Lebanese pounds for one dollar.
