Banking sources told "Al-Anbaa" that during the closure period, bank administrations will seek to tackle the issue of intrusions through several protective measures, including asking depositors to make appointments via bank websites and deploying security personnel at bank entrances to support private security forces. However, there remains a significant issue concerning the "quota" related to dollars within banks, which operate under a certain limit for daily withdrawals. The central bank's intervention is needed to increase the value of the "quota" allocated to banks so that they can respond to depositors' requests, thereby eliminating the justifications for intrusions and the associated security and judicial ramifications.
