Putin Visits Crimea on the Ninth Anniversary of its Annexation to Russia

Russian state media revealed that President Vladimir Putin arrived in the Crimea Peninsula today, Saturday, to mark the ninth anniversary of its annexation to Russia. Official television aired a short clip showing Putin dressed casually, walking alongside a group of officials. It is worth mentioning that Russia took control of the Crimea Peninsula in 2014, prior to its full-scale invasion of Ukraine eight years later.
