Minister of Public Works and Transport in the caretaker government, Ali Hamieh, tweeted: "The borrowing policy is not the only solution to save Lebanon. Activating public facilities (Beirut Port and Airport only) has contributed approximately 36 million fresh dollars to the public treasury in 3 months, and this is just the beginning, noting that the Ministry of Public Works and Transport alone contributes 90 percent of the fresh dollar to its figure of 36."
