A fire broke out in a random waste dump in the town of Bayt al-Faqas in al-Danniyeh, which contained dry grass, solid waste, and used car tires. This led to black smoke rising above the town and entering several nearby homes. Civil defense personnel from the adjacent town of al-Safira, in cooperation with residents, worked to extinguish the fire and prevent its spread.
