It has been reported that the judges clearly and explicitly communicated their refusal to cooperate with the request to establish voter registration committees for the municipal elections scheduled for next May, which has dealt a knockout blow to the possibility of conducting these elections. Everyone is now under the impression that they are effectively subject to extension.
