Croatia Defeats Canada and Tops Group Ahead of Morocco

Croatia won against Canada 4-1 in the match held this evening at Khalifa International Stadium, during the second round of the sixth group in the 22nd FIFA World Cup hosted by Qatar. Alfonso Davies gave the Canadian team the lead in the 2nd minute, while Croatia's goals came from Andrej Kramaric with a brace (36 and 70), Marco Livaja (44), and Luka Modric (90+4). With this victory, Croatia raised its points to 4 and topped the standings, tied with Morocco, while the Canadian team remained in last place without any points and was eliminated from the tournament.
