Huawei Exits the American Umbrella

The statements highlight Huawei's efforts to overcome U.S. trade restrictions. These restrictions have prevented Huawei from accessing chips produced by American companies and the technological means provided by the U.S. to help it design and manufacture its own chips through its partners.
