UN Deputy Spokesman Farhan Haq stated that Ukraine, Russia, Turkey, and the international organization failed to reach an agreement today, Friday, to allow any new ships to transport Ukrainian grain exports across the Black Sea. He confirmed that daily inspections of previously authorized vessels will continue.
