Russian Shelling on Ukrainian Building: What Are the Consequences?

Three civilians were killed and two injured in Russian shelling that hit a residential building in the Zaporizhia region of southern Ukraine today, according to Ukrainian officials. The regional military administration reported that Russian forces launched Grad rockets at the village of Kamyanske, which had a population of around 2,600 before the war.
